  • Virgin only allows one Tier 3 Wedding per sailing and in order to have our preferred dates we had to look out as all sailings through April 2027 were booked when we fist approached Virgin about the wedding.

    We also wanted to keep in line with our current Anniversary of the 28th of April

  • YES!

    You need your passport to join us on the sailing

    Step 1: Complete the application form 

    • Fill out Form DS-11: for a U.S. passport. 

    • You can use the online form filler on the U.S. Department of State website or print a PDF to fill out by hand. 

    • Do not sign the form: until instructed to do so by an acceptance agent at your appointment. 

    Step 2: Gather your documents and photos 

    • Provide evidence of U.S. citizenship, such as an original birth certificate. 

    • Bring a photo ID, like a driver's license, and a photocopy of the front and back. 

    • Get a passport photo: that meets the requirements. Some acceptance facilities offer photo services for an additional fee. 

    Step 3: Schedule an appointment

    • Find a passport acceptance facility, such as a post office that provides passport services.

    • Schedule an appointment online. 

    Step 4: Attend your appointment 

    • Bring your completed, unsigned application form, along with all your documents and photos. 

    • The agent will verify your documents, have you sign the form, and witness your oath. 

    • Pay the application fees. Fees include the Department of State fee (payable by check or money order) and the acceptance fee (which can vary and may be payable by credit card, check, or money order). 

    Step 5: Track your application 

    • Once your application is submitted, you can track its status online

  • We have a limit of 50 guests allowed for the ceremony.

    Everyone else is still welcome to join us on the group cruise

  • The Wedding Tour comprises the following destinations. Most events are open to all, just please RVSP so that have a proper head count for the event.

    Columbus - February 2026

    Charlotte - October 2026

    Gainesville - October 2027

    Epcot - April 2028

    Miami - April 2028

  • Yes!

    Virgin is an adults only cruise line, no one under the age of 18 is permitted on a Virgin ship

  • Per Couple we would suggest budgeting around $5,000 for this group cruise. That would include the cruise fare, flights, parking, Brightline to Miami and Disney.

    Cruise must be paid in full 120 days before the sailing date.

    We are working on discounted Disney Tickets and Brightline Train Tickets

    We are planning a 5 day cruise so expect to be away from home for 7 days if you plan to join us at EPCOT

  • First, it’s a ship.

    Second, where as we want everyone to do something different and enjoy the experience we invite those who don’t wish to come on the cruise to watch the live stream (more details to come) and join us for any engagement party or at Disney for the day

  • Our colours are rose gold and brown

    All guests are to wear a shade of brown from mocha to tan and anything in-between.

  • That we don’t know at the moment, but it will be in April 2028.

    Once a final date and sailing is established we will update everyone with a formal itinary

  • We love cruising and it’s a huge part of our life, and if it weren’t for a cruise we may have never met. So brush up on your love boat lyrics and enjoy the voyage.

  • Yes you can bring a 6 pack of beer in cans or 2 bottles of wine/ champagne per cabin.

    These should be in your carryon for the ship. Not the bags you give to the porters.

  • Everyone should plan to travel to Orlando (MCO) and then as a group we will all take Brightline from Orlando to Miami Central Station.

    From there we will take the 5 minute journey to Port of Miami and Virgin’s Terminal V.

    Boarding Times will be announced once the dates are confirmed.
